Trying to get motivated

The recent final table action at the 2012 WSOP final table and all of the wonga flying around always has a desired effect on getting me to play poker. Can't say watching Wimbledon has the same effect though

Some events just motivate me to do something in the same way that books do. Reading Dusty Schmidts first book was inspirational as was Tony Holden's book "Big Deal" which just made you want to turn pro.

I have been grinding the NL50 and NL100 ring games since 2008 but didn't put anywhere near as much action in as what I should have this year for various reasons. So writing about it as well just may mean that 2013 could be a poker filled year. Also writing a poker column at www.poker.co.uk as well which should help to keep my results in check and stop the horrible tilt issue that I had in 2011.....hopefully I should have matured but just have to wait and see.

I want to start proper on the 1st January as I am undergoing some coaching at the moment but I will fill you in on how this is going.

See you soon
