    Default Poker Unhealthy?

I find myself emotionally and physically drained after a long session of poker. All the stress and decision making plays games with my head. Especially after being on tilt, I really feel the effects of this. Anyone else experience this?

Sort of, I get what you're saying in any case, but I don't think it's unhealthy.

I dropped a tear or 2 releasing I just lost 130 $ for seemlessly no reason at all.
YES IT HURTS EMOTIONALL SOMETIMES AND IT IS VERY STRESSFUL. quit poker.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. - PF

Its very emmotional.. Even if i am up for the day and just lost -lets say- half of my winnings, i feel kinda depressed when i go to sleep.. Its just that we dont play for fun anymore and when we lose its like failing at our job.. At least for me.. And thats why its so addictive and ppl get destroyed. Of course they destroyed by their weaknesses not from cards.. Ok enough bubbling :P.

I would say that in moderation it's fine. Try going for a run afterwards, it'll flush out a lot of the stress so you can do whatever else you need to do feeling relaxed!
