Default JJ on low flop - could I lose less?

In early stages of a sng, I had 1500 chips and blinds were 10/20. The low jack raised to 80 and I made it 240 in cut off with Jack of diamonds and Jack of spades. The button, big blind and low jack all call my 3-bet. I'm thinking at this point they must have higher pairs than me, low suited connectors or strong aces.

    The flop came 3d 7d 8s.

It was checked to me, and this flop wasn't bad for my jacks. I continued for around half pot, 400 chips. The button goes all in, and the big blind calls, so I have to fold. The button turns over queens, so my fold was good, but I've lost over 1/3 of my stack.

Could I have played this better to lose less chips?
    Thank you
