    Default Call This River Bet?

This was a situation I faced early in a $330 Sattelite To a WPT Main ($3750) event. The satellite had a nice overlay as the casino guaranteed 3 seats and only 26 people showed up.

    UTG limps (9k).

I 250. Mp calls. LJ calls. UTG calls.

    Flop (1000) =

    UTG bets 600.

I call. MP folds. LJ folds.

    Turn (2200) =

    He 1100. I call.

    River (4400) =

He 1500. What do you do and do you play this any differently?

No reads as this was early. He has played a few pots where he was aggressive and seemed like a solid player. White male in his 40’s.

i would think do I flat or raise for value as his river bet looks weak / protection.
what would I do if i get raised though? sets / small flushes are usually played similarly. Only thing that would call a check raise would be kq, kx, small sets.

as it's a satellite, i'd probably call and win minimum vs losing bigger pot.
    definitely a tough spot

I would just call and hope to take down the pot the majority of the time because I would hate to get raised off my hand by an aggressive player.
